Returns

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days at help.taskeen@gmail.com with your order details and clear photos of the product.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. The product must be in its original packaging and unused condition to qualify for a return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a full refund or replacement will be issued within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
